Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the SeeFirst platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeeFirst is a competitor intelligence platform that provides automated monitoring of publicly available information about businesses you choose to track, including Google ratings and reviews, website changes and local search presence. The Service generates periodic AI-assisted intelligence briefings and real-time alerts based on this data.

SeeFirst also offers a white-label programme that allows marketing agencies to resell the Service to their own clients under their own brand. Agencies remain responsible for their relationship with their clients, including pricing, support and billing arrangements between the agency and its clients.

All monitoring data is gathered from publicly available sources. SeeFirst does not access private accounts, private communications or non-public data of any monitored business.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@seefirst.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Accounts are issued per organisation. Agency accounts may create client portal accounts for their own customers. You may not share, sell or transfer your account without our prior written consent.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Agency plans are billed per active client at the rate of the selected tier. Direct business plans are billed at a flat monthly rate. All prices are stated in euro and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you. If payment remains outstanding your account may be downgraded or suspended until the balance is settled.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@seefirst.io. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

No refunds are provided for partial months. Access for any client portals connected to a cancelled agency account ends when the agency subscription ends.

6. Data and Privacy

SeeFirst is operated from Ireland and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process account data (such as your name, email address and billing details) to provide the Service, and we act as a processor for client contact details that agencies upload to the platform.

Monitoring data relates to businesses, not private individuals, and is collected exclusively from publicly available sources. We do not sell personal data. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@seefirst.io. Data is hosted within the EU where supported by our infrastructure providers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to harass, defame or unlawfully interfere with any business or individual; to misrepresent the source or accuracy of intelligence reports; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; to resell the Service outside of the agreed white-label programme; or to use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Monitoring data and AI-generated briefings are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for verifying information before acting on it. SeeFirst makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeFirst’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or by a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
